What was the highlight of Novotel Bristol Centre
Good central location for a short stay in Bristol. Nice breakfast.
The location is perfect for a short stay in Bristol. Close to everything. Plenty of grocery options nearby. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was worth it.
Loads of roadwork nearby. Small room for two adults, two toddlers. Breakfast only starts at 6.30 am, so it's not great for people with early flights.

A good location with friendly staff but prices higher than normal and perhaps pillows could’ve a lot softer
Close to station and easy walk to town centre.
Beds a bit hard and pillows solid so a bit uncomfortable. No tea in the room, just coffee which is odd for a hotel and I don’t want coffee first thing. Big event in Bristol this weekend and all hotels really upped the prices. We have stayed when a lot cheaper. The event was not why we came but we all had to pay the price.

Wonderful
Room was clean and tidy.
Thought the room was a bit small for its type, but adequate as only one night stay. Think parking should be included free, or if not lower price, as £14.50 for a 24hr stay is pretty high for a guest to have to pay.

What was the highlight of Novotel Bristol Centre
Good
The location was perfect for me as I was working close by. It was great to have parking on site and it seemed really safe too which meant I was able to leave some things in the car at ease. The room was really clean and I was happy with the space. I had to cut my stay short as working plans changed but would have been happy to stay for the whole length of my booking. Breakfast was yummy. I am European so it was nice to see pastries, yogurt, fruit and oat milk! Will come back if I work in the area again. Thanks for my stay.
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner as I found a few hairs flying around which weren't mine. I did find the parking rate a little expensive. My work will be paying for it but if it was coming out of my own pocket I would expect it to be a little cheaper.
